“I want to cancel my calendar subscription”
A calfeed subscription is not a contract and there is nothing to cancel: simply remove the calfeed in your calendar app – the subscription ends immediately and completely. There are no costs, and we store no customer account for anonymous subscriptions.
Deleting my data
There is no calovo account for subscribers – subscribing works without registration. Data is only stored if you actively provided it, for example your email address for a raffle, prediction game, or challenge.
If you want that data deleted, drop us a short message via support and mention the email address you used. We will delete it.
Unsubscribe from emails
calovo only sends you emails you triggered yourself – for example by taking part in a prediction game or raffle. The fastest way to opt out is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
Deleting a calpit account (calendar providers)
You are a club or business customer and want to delete your calpit account (provider cockpit)? Contact support and we will take care of it. Note: this also discontinues your published calfeeds – your subscribers will stop receiving events.
Getting rid of the events
Remember: events only disappear from your calendar once the calfeed is removed there – deleting data at calovo is not enough. See remove a calfeed for per-system guides.
