A calfeed is a subscribable calendar on calovo – for example your club's match schedule, a TV guide, or public holidays. Technically it is a calendar URL in the open iCalendar standard (ICS/webcal) that every common calendar app understands.
How the subscription works
- You add the calfeed to your calendar app once – by clicking “Subscribe” or by entering the calendar URL manually.
- Your calendar app then checks the source regularly on its own.
- If a match is rescheduled, a kick-off time changes, or a new event is added, the change appears in your calendar automatically – nothing to type in.
This is the key difference to a one-time import of an ICS file: an imported file is a snapshot and never updates. A subscription stays current.
What you need
Just a calendar app that can subscribe to internet calendars – which almost all can: Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, Mac), Google Calendar, Outlook, and many more.
